Restore Magicka Spell version 1.0

Installation:
Extract "Restore Magicka Spell.esp" to your oblivion data directory. If you're running Windows XP or 32-bit Vista, it's probably something like "C:\Program
Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\data". If you're running 64-bit Vista, it's "C:\Program Files (x86)\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\data". Activate the mod through the "Data files" option in the default Oblivion Launcher or through OBMM and you're good to go!
About:
This mod adds 4 restore magicka on self spells: an apprentice, journeyman, expert, and master version. The cost:restore ratio is 9:10, 8:10, 7:10, and 6:10, respectively. The apprentice version can be bought from the restoration spell vendor in every chapel (except Kvatch, and the Imperial city). The journeyman version can be bought from various vendors throughout the mage's guild. The expert level spell can be bought from a vendor in the branch of the Mage's guild that specializes in Restoration (Anvil). The last spell can be bought from the master trainer in restoration.
This mod is probably pointless for most people. However, this mod was designed to completment the "Remove Enchantment Restrictions" mod. The plus version of the mod allows restore magicka enchantments to be created, however nobody could use it because there weren't any restore magicka spells out there. Note that this mod does NOT require the Remove Enchantment Restrictions mod to work.
1.0 is intended to be the final version. No updates or improvements are currently planned. Will probably only release an update only if there are bugs present. On that note, please report any bugs or conflicts you come across. However there should be no bugs or conflicts due to its simplicity.
Warning: This can be highly game breaking for players with the atronach birthsign.
