      I found this equipments in North West of Testing Hall.
      You can go to this place with console command `coc testinghall`.
      I usually go back to Tamriel with console command `coc weye`.

   It is a shame that this mod has never been updated to fix the floating chest piece problem with the separate armor version.

   Well hello my friends! It's been a long time since I left Oblivion to play Skyrim >_<

   Great mod, but needs a bit of cleaning. The script of the dual tanto is a bit glitchy.

   Installed this and it worked fine..that was until i tried to leave the IC Arena District with the outfit equipped..soon as i try to leave I CTD
