    i don,t know why DC have two sutch mod ?

      They are different. This one has less quests AFAIK.

      This one is far newer and takes what I learned over the years into account. This one has twice the number of quests as the original and is in a slightly different location that makes it more compatible with other sutch mods. In the future, Imperial Town of Sutch might be pulled in favor of this one.

      But is it "complete" or are the questlines incomplete? In other words: does the player "feel" it's incomplete or not (no matter whether more quests were planned or not)?

      Very Fair argument Carlos. The quest line does just end, there is no true resolution. I hope to correct that.

      Yes, it has its own world space just like the other Vanilla Cities. It can only be accessed by starting the quest in Brina Cross Inn

    I don't mean this to sound rude, but I've done a lot of searching regarding the DC mods, the Giskard fellow, the CURP, DCRP, CSRM, TEC, etc., my question is, are any of the Dragon Captions mods complete? Is it worth searching out all the resource packs that have been taken down, or moved & repackaging everything etc.? I checked the DC forums and they no longer appear to be active either. Can anyone say if mods like The Elder Council, Fort Akatosh, Guards of Cyrodiil or the various & sundry County Such mods are worth playing? Thanks, and please biulding3015/Scythe, don't take this as criticism. I imagine you've spent many many hours working on all this & I know how real life has a way of cutting into gaming time.

      I used the other City of Sutch, also by DC Team, it was a good, I had some minor problems, but not really remember, one involving CTD I think, but that might be because of performance, not the mod itself. Try it out, it's quite cool.

      As for other mods: I use TEC, FA (redux) for a long time, with no major problem.

      Thank you for your reply CarloS4444! May I ask, which resource pack you use with The Elder Council? The readme, I believe says to use the CURP, but I'll be darned if I can find it.

      For TEC it's DCRP which is the other name of CURP (Dragon Captions CUO (Cyrodiil Upgrade Overhaul) ResourcePack V.1.5.4) which is here: http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/24279/?
      I was able to retrieve it from TEC page by switching the end number: notice how the links from old nexus domain name are still valid if you manually replace the end and put it into the nexus' new format http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/MOD NUMBER HERE

      I found a compilation of mods from DC/"He Who Shall Not Be Named (here, I understand)" which seems to include all of 'his' work. So can't wait to try it out!
      It can be hard to find if you're not sure what you're looking for so, anyone interested in the link, PM me.

    downloaded all the texture and meshes, but still getting the no mesh in game for the echo staffs in the mage guide

      nm i got the staff to work but there are to many missing textures in the crypt, and the knight house house by the wine rack, and the hand on the church. Can not get inside the church or the castle so not sure in any in there

      Glad you got the staffs working, what ended up fixing that? The crypt uses the... its a resource pack from Mr. Siika I think? Its been a long time however they are all on a custom path so downloading that alone would not help you. If you can compile a full list let me know and I will see what I can do on my end.

      to fix the staffs i downloaded the Echo_Animated_Staffs by Echonites mod, used the cs it put the meshes and texture in right folders

      All of the quests are written story wise. There is at least one that is 90% done if not completely done but untested. I would like to finish them, but dont know when that might happen.

      Nothing is over until it is over. That is my official answer on this. I can not say if I will finish these or not, but for the time being I am not actively working on this questline.

      Umm, perhaps you'd kindly consider uploading your ideas as kind of modders' resource. Some skilled modders with more time on their hands might be able to pick it up and complete it? Who knows? They may make it just as well, don't they

      That is not a bad idea. I think, I put the quest stages into the construction set for this mod, just did not implement the quests but I need to make sure that I check that

      Posting them up would not be a bad idea. If anyone should want them feel free to ask me.

    I hope you come back to this mod one day, I really like the idea of rebuilding Sutch.
