Description
===============
"Built by the visionary Aaron Sutch; a Nobleman from Kvatch. Over the past decades the city grew from a simple farming community into one of the nine great cities of Cyrodiil. But all of that came to a screeching halt one fateful day; forty Years ago. It was in this day that a legend was born. An age of conspiracy and deceit that still entangles the fair city to this day! Only a noble champion, who will rise from obscurity, can help dispel the horrors that trap the ninth city, and its citizens."

This is the city of Sutch. Built atop a gentle hilltop overlooking the valley in which the old fortress lies.
The ancient stone walls still stand high against all of the hordes that threaten its citizens and treasure
This mod is part of the new County Sutch Project by Dragon Captions team 2009-2011.

Features
-------------
The city features 182 npcs that live and breathe and work within the cities walls. These npcs each are unique and have their own lives, schedules, and personalities.
The city features a full garrison of guards that patrol and stand watch at various locations throughout the city
There are four major guilds in Sutch as of right now: Fighters Guild, Mages Guild, Archers Guild, Smithing Guild
Each guild will offer quests in the future as well as the ability to craft some new and interesting trinkets.
The mod also features Seven Quests in the main arc; as well as seven side quests to complete
Each npc has at least one line of unique dialogue to share with you that will hopefully delve into their personality and past
Most npcs have far more than just one unique topic to speak though...

there are so many other features in the mod that i do not have time to list them all!

Planned
-------------
There are so many things planed that it is hard to get them all down...
There are going to be 3 more main quests in the first quest arc - The Tyranny of the Gray Owl
There is also going to be a multi-part second arc that many people will find familiar :) - The Black Band Brigade's Raid

I also plan to implement more features into the guilds and citizens around town... allow them to serve you... and offer a service. Give the player a reason to go back to Sutch city over and over...
There will also be side quests for the various other npcs and factions in the city as well :)

You may even see the return of more lock boxes ;)

Location
-------------
It occupies a small area (relatively) on the hill top to the east of Fort Sutch
There is a wayshrine near the castle on the southern side of the city
there are no major northern or western boundaries however...

How to Start
===============
You should automatically get a quest update whenever you start;
However, if not head to the Brina cross Inn! And speak to anyone knew that might be standing about there :)

Requirements

This file requires CSRM V 1.8
This means that you need to download the following files from the CSRM:

CSRM ESM V 1-8
CSRM Meshes Pack I
CSRM Mesh Pack II
CSRM Textures Pack I
CSRM Texture Pack II

Install
-------------
1. Open the 7z file
2. Enter the various sub folders until you find the 'meshes, textures, and esp files.
3. Extract all files mentioned above to... (Install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a check-mark beside the .esp file.

Uninstall
-------------
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file.
2. There are no meshes/textures for this mod uniquely; all meshes/textures are handled by the CSRM

Upgrade

First Public Version, no upgrade required

Dragon Captions is an active modding team. This meaning that our work is still being modified. With that being said; it is always in YOUR best interest to let me know what you are planning on doing. The last thing you or I want is to have a version incompatibility and all of your work goes to waste. So let me know beforehand :)
