This is my favorite house mod and my DB character is moving in. This is absolutely gorgeous and spacious, so you don't feel cramped. The grounds are spacious and you can have a peaceful walk at night and listen to the night critters. Very nice job on this house. Thank you for sharing it. Endorsed and voted.
I hope the creator of this mod is still around. I believe Roads of Cyrodiil (https://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/20218?tab=description) is conflicting with your mod. Most of the mansion is floating in the air. But the door fits on the road. I posted a comment on their page requesting that they add your mansion to their patch, or if you would please adjust the ground to accommodate Roads of Cyrodiil.

Anyone searching for "Valenlor" would come back empty handed and with no idea what you are referring to. In the end, you're not just tagging this mod as inferior, you are doing a disservice to the other mod too, as nobody will be able to find it based on what you say. Yes, names ARE important.
This is my dreamhouse! The hotsprings and working shower is what sold it, almost half the house modules don't even have a bathroom. Also, this is the first house module I've seen that has a shower. The house is gorgeous, conviently located, great for companions, and not over the top on clutter, also have no performance issues or lag from it. Great job!
I second Floranais comment about making it a hotel. Maybe a resort for high profile VIPs. The PC has to manage the hotel as well as the security guarding against assassins and master thieves.
