Adds a player home named 'Hawkthorn Manor' to outside the region borders (Hammerfell). Requires you to modify your Oblivion.ini to disable the borders. (Instructions below)

Details
=======
This Oblivion Mod adds a player-owned home named 'Hawkthorn Manor' to Hammerfell. It requires you to disable the borders. Added features include:
-Four fully-pathgridded floors. (Including the basement.)
-An Altar of the Nine for fully healing yourself and curing your disease.
-An altar of enchanting + spellmaking.
-A training area.
-An anvil with an almost infinite amount of repair hammers.
-An enchanted chest which duplicates your ingredients. (Much like the one in the Arcane University Archmages Quarters.
-A mixture of respawning and non-respawning containers. (All respawn except the ones on the top floor, except for the bin!!)
-Be sure to read the note on the desk in your bedroom, it may lead to riches!
Install
=======
1. Extract the files to a temporary location.
2. Examine the folder structure and make corrections where necessary.
3. Copy files to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Requires you to change a setting in your Oblivion.ini from bBordersRegionEnabled=1 to bBordersRegionEnabled=0.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

You should be able to replace.
