I made this face over 3 playthroughs taking place over a period of a few years. Little by little, I sculpted this face with nothing but the in-game sliders. I feel it is almost good enough to share. I might end up making changes and come out with updates regardless, I'm never quite happy with my face.
The only mod I used to enhance the face was some texture mod from here but I cannot remember which one it was. I will update once I do remember, otherwise just use your choice of face texture as they are pretty much all good.
The download is a .off face file that you will have to apply with face exchanger. The hairstyle is cropped because I wear wigs but you can change that anyways.
