Original request. Modifies the enchantment on Hrormirs's Icestaff to something a little more powerful and useful. The new enchantment is as follows:
Frost Damage 50 pts on Target
Weakness to Frost 100% for 6 sec on Target
Light 30 ft for 30 sec on Target
Charges per use: 197
Total Charges: 10000
Incompatibility: Other mods that modify Hrormirs Icestaff.
2. Blackrobed Birthsigns
Original request. This mod rebalances six of the vanilla birthsigns.
Apprentice: unchanged
Atronach: unchanged
Lady: unchanged
Lord: increase Blood of the North spell's duration from 15 to 20 seconds (leaving the spell's cost unchanged)
Lover: permanent +10 Personality. Lover's Kiss Greater Power unchanged.
Mage: unchanged
Ritual: unchanged
Serpent: permanent +10 Speed. Serpent Spell Greater Power has additional effect: Paralyze for 2 seconds on Touch.
Shadow: permanent +10 Agility. Moonshadow Greater Power, in addition to Invisibility for 60 seconds also gives +30 Sneak for 60 seconds (giving it additional utility of helping with picking pockets)
Steed: unchanged
Thief: remove permanent +10 Luck bonus (making this sign only add +10 Speed and +10 Agility, for total of +20 extra attribute points like other attribute signs).
Tower: change Tower Key from Greater Power to Lesser Power, with 24 Magicka cost (1/3 of Open Average Lock spell). Tower Warden Greater Power unchanged.
Warrior: unchanged
Incompatibility: Other mods that modify the same birthsigns.
3. Thieves Guild Armour
Original request. Upon joining the Thieves Guild, or upon installation of the mod if you are already a member, a specialised set of Thieves Guild Armour will be added to your inventory. It has the appearance and weight of leather armour, but protects as well as chainmail. It is enchanted as follows:
Boots - Fortify Sneak, 10pts
Bracer - Fortify Security, 10 pts
Helmet - Fortify Speechcraft, 10 pts
Greaves - Feather, 105 pts
Helmet - Fortify Mercantile, 10 pts
Incompatibility: None expected.
4. No Blinding Flames
Original request. Removes the flames that obscure your vision when you are on fire, replacing it with a fiery glow. All actors and creatures are affected.
Incompatibility: Other mods that modify the fire damage shader.
5. Fireball Mudcrabs
As requested by KitsuneMisao on the Oblivion subreddit Discord server: Mudcrabs now shoot fireballs! I created this as it literally took only five minutes. That's including beta testing.
Incompatibility: Other mods that modify mudcrabs.
6. Pac-Man Ghosts
Adds Inky, Blinky, Pinky and Clyde to Fort Chalman.
Incompatibility: Nothing unless it completely rearranges Fort Chalman to the point that it's FUBAR.
7. Summon Adoring Fan
Grants you a spell that summons the Adoring Fan. Will resurrect the Adoring Fan if he is dead. This simple mod is a great base for you to create your own custom summon NPC/creature spell.
Incompatibility: None expected
8. Ultra Lite Horse Saddlebags
Original request Activating your horse while sneaking accesses its saddlebags - no other fancy gimmicks or features. Works for all the vanilla own-able horses including Prior Maborel's Horse and Shadowmere. Should you lose your horse, you can retrieve your stored items from a chest at Chestnut Handy Stables next to the Imperial City.
Incompatibility: Any mod that changes the scripting for the vanilla horses.
