Details
=======
Of all the house mods I have ever looked at, none has ever trully met my needs. This home will provide you with a place for up to 8 companions stationed at it, all at the same time, a place to eat, drink, and sleep. I actually rank my companions by who I like the best to the least. This home gives your 2 top companions their own private suite, 2 more higher ranks compaions their own private 3rd floor quarters with a balcany, and up to 4 lower ranks comapaions their own private 2nd floor quarters. The Main companions suite holds labeled chests for BAB outfits, Apachi Goddess outfits, swimwear, and other custom armor and clothes.
It has no absolutly no clutter so you can decorate it the way YOU like it. No longer do you have to accept a fully decorated place the way "someone else" likes it. Nothing aggrevated me more than not being able to put my books where I wanted them because someone stuck all sorts of other crap in the book shelves. Mabey you don't want a table full of random stuff with some big center piece, mabey you want your own stuff on it with a big ole bottle of Cyrodilic Brandy as the center piece. well then here ya go.
Now for the people who really and truely loves to show off, it has custom weapon racks on the walls everywhere !!! Hang your bows, your sword, even staffs for all to see. It also comes fully loaded with custom corner blocks on the floor to so you can toss a sword in the corner or next to a doorway and not worry about them sliding down onto the floor and getting kicked around.
Oh, did I mention tons of display cases? Well there are tons of display cases.
Almost every cupboard, chest, jewelry box or container are labeled accordingly to their locations in the home for optimal organization for the OCD in you. None respawns.
The basement has empty wine racks waiting on your own wine, a work bench, storage and empty barrels to toss whatever in. It also looks like a basement should, filled in the back full of old junk.
The armory/weapons room and training room is just something you have to see for yourself, it would take a seperate readme just for those two alone.
Now the lair has "i think" everything you need for the alchemist or necro in you.
Now what it doesn't have is an ingredient garden. Don't be a pu**y, go out and find your own ingredients like a real man (or women). :) < smiles
It also doesn't have enchantment equipment either. Want something enchanted? Go join the mages guild.
Outside there is a nice and simple front yard, out back there is a small area for your horse and a stable. The stable has some wine making equipment piled in the corner, I think the previous owner was trying to get into wine making at one time. It also has a workbench.
Hope I didn't give to much away, enjoy.

You can change whatever you want in this mod but all I ask in return is that
you give me credit if you distribute any part of this mod. I would also like
to know what mods are including my work or how it turns out if you add stuff.
