This mod adds a skooma dealer to a squalid back alley of Crucible in the Shivering Isles. He can be useful if you are role-playing as a skooma addict. He also fences stolen merchandise and can sell you lockpicks, potions, and powerful poisons.

1. INFORMATION ON THE MOD

This mod adds a skooma dealer to a squalid back alley of Crucible in the Shivering Isles.
He can be useful if you are role-playing as a skooma addict. He also fences stolen merchandise and
can sell you lockpicks, potions, and powerful poisons.

Some mods such as "Skooma Addict" by sernomicus may require that you have a constant and
steady supply of skooma or you will suffer the consequences. There really isn't any skooma to
speak of in the Shivering Isles. So this mod could be used as sort of a patch to allow you to use
skooma mods and also play Shivering Isles.

Because of the business he is in, he only comes out at night, and you will not find him
during the day. If you can't find him, look at the pictures at the download point for clues to his
location.

2. Installation

Extract (decompress) the "Data" folder to your Oblivion directory, the
default is: C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\
Say "yes" if it asks if you want to merge folders. In your mod manager, mark the box next to
"Skooma in the Shivering Isles.esp."

4. Conflicts, Known Issues, and Troubleshooting

This mod requires Shivering Isles. Failure to install and activate it will prevent
Oblivion from running when this mod is active.

The voiced dialog copied from vanilla Oblivion is not functioning and comes out as
lipified silent dialog. I don't know why. I do know that Shivering Isles does strange things
to Cyrodiil dialog.

IF ANYONE DETECTS A MAJOR BUG WHICH MAKES THE MOD UNPLAYABLE, PLEASE SEND
DAVID BRASHER A PERSONAL MESSAGE ON TES NEXUS RIGHT AWAY. HOPEFULLY HE WILL BE ABLE
TO FIX IT AND RELEASE AN IMPROVED VERSION OF THIS MOD.
