Previously I had been working on a port of the Real Time Settler mod from Fallout 3 to Oblivion. However, due to a hard drive failure and a lack of interest, I never released my progress and the project fell to a standstill
Due to recent events, I have decided to release what I had on this project
COMPLETED FEATURES
-Object placement system (place objects just like in RTS)
-Water Well (center of your Settlement
-Tavern
-Town Hall
-Customize house styles
-Object remover
-Blueprint Store (Outside of the Imperial City - Hank)
WIP FEATURES
-Random villager encounters (several villagers finished)
-Random Settlement encounters (one or two missions completed within the Settlement)
Please do not PM me for support on this. I will drop in on the comments and provide help when I can, but I do not have Oblivion installed currently, so I will not be editing this mod at all
