Necromancers Dungeon
Entered through a well outside the imperial city prison (with a map marker), a huge home designed
for evil characters. Inside is a bedroom, throne room, alter of enchanting/spellmaking daedric garden,
dining hall, display room and necromancer alter that works at any time.
It is decorated with ominous flying skeletons, giant skulls, hanging corpses, tombstones ect.
