I don't know exactly what effects are used to create these screens, I just found DavidWolf's action file (http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=23083) and modified it a bit to fit my tastes. If you want it, I can give it to you.
Ahh, must've just been a vanilla load screen then. I probably just read it wrong as it zipped by real fast. xD
If I see anything wrong I'll try to jot it down before it vanishes (there are 2 I've seen with mistakes, but I forget what they were). I do remember the one ended with the word "adventure" but would have been better off using "adventurer" instead.
