A new shield based on the Legion shield model from Morrowind. Comes with the option to replace the vanilla Oblivion Legion shield with the new mesh.

Update: the archive version now actually contains the ESP files. Yeah I don't know how I could forget that either.
While the Legion armour set from Oblivion is ok, I prefer the more obviously Roman-inspired style of the Legionairres in Morrowind. Here's my attempt to restore a little bit of that style.
If you simply want to use the new shield, use Morrowind-style Legion Shield.esp. If you'd like every instance of the vanilla Legion shield replaced with my mesh, use Morrowind-style Legion Shield Replacer.esp (unsurprisingly). Activating both won't break anything but is simply redundant.
The shield is not placed in the world by the non-replacer ESP so you'll have to use the .additem command from the console to add it to your inventory. The formID is xx000ed3. Stats are exactly the same as the vanilla Legion shield.
Feel free to do whatever you like with the actual assets. Use them in your mod or redistribute them as you please.
