Adds the highwaymen that you find in the countryside (your $ or your life) to every major city. They now have sleep cycles and are mostly only active at night (this should prevent NPCs other than guards getting killed). There are about 3-4 per city and act exactly like the highwaymen, no special scipts or anything.
