Meanwhile, I thought to myself that it is actually impossible that the harbor of the imperial city and the harbor of anvil only consists of a few buildings and two ships. I started to expand the harbors. Look at the images and see the huge difference!
Incompatibilities
This modification is incompatible with all other modifications that modify the harbor of the Imperial City:
Better Imperial Citiy - IC Waterfront
Unique Landscapes: Imperial Isle (patch is planned)

Installation
Copy the BSA and the Esp in your Oblivion-data-directory and activate the Esp with your launcher.
Maybe you have to create an archive invalidation.
License
You are not allowed to use my models and textures of this mod. (They are all began with momo)
If you want to use other models and textures contact the author of them. (look in the credits)
You are not allowed to host this mod at other sites.
