About:
Southeast of Skingrad, deep in the West Weald, near the ruins of Nornalhorst, sits an ancient Ayleid array known as the Well of Souls. Merely place your empty soul gems (from Petty to Grand) in the center of the well, cast a spell at the grate, and your gems will be fully charged!

Notes:
This was inspired by the amazing soul gem altar seen in Shadowcrest Vineyard. As much as I loved that house for its various utilities, I was growing tired of how bad it ran on the Cranky Beast (10fps before it was even in sight). So with plans to relocate to Rosethorn Hall, I set to work on a new way for my non-magical characters to charge up their soul gems, based on the functions of the necromantic altars seen in the Mage's Guild quest line.

Just go to Nornalhorst, east-south-east of Skingrad- you'll find what appears to be a new Ayleid well outside the entrance. In the center of the well is a container- put in your empty gems, then cast any on-target or on-touch spell at it- your gems will be 'charged' (swapped out) for their fully-charged equivalents. So far, I've got it working on the regular types of soul gems- Grand, Greater, Common, Lesser, and Petty. I haven't added Blacks, and I dun yet how to make it work on Azura's Star.

Please note that this is my first attempt at scripting! If I get good feedback, I may try getting it to work on Azura's Star, and might let you evil types use it for Black Soul Gems. :P I also wouldn't mind some way to charge weapons at the altar, but I'll hafta get better at scripting first.
