It makes the clone spell on the Skull of Corruption last 5 minutes instead of a measly 30 seconds.
Installation (Use either the .omod or .esp file version.Don't try to use both.)

.esp file version:
Install to your Data folder in your Oblivion directory.Make sure you enable it in the Oblivion Launcher in the Data Files selection.
.omod file version (Oblivion Mod Manager):
Install to the mods folder in your obmm directory and activate it through the mod manager.
Permission to use this for your own mod or change it.
