This mod puts four spells into the game to change your horses speed.
Why?
Say you obtain a horse and want it to go faster or slower (for whatever reason). This mod adds four speels designed to do that.
What are the spells?
-Slow Speed
-Moderate Speed
-Fast Speed
-Very Fast Speed
These spells can be bought from Raminus Polus at the Arcane University.
These spells can also be used on humans or frankly, anything that moves, but it mostly effects horses.
If you find any bugs, please tell me so I can correct them. There shouldn't be any, but you never know.
