Adds Emperor Uriel Septim to the Imperial City Market District\'s only Inn (The Merchants Inn) My first mod so sorry if you don\'t like it.

This is an E.U.S.L.A. or in other words
Emperor Uriel Septim Look Alike
This is the best version look alike I could create they aren't both the exact same so please don't leave bad comments if the aren't exact twins they are close to the same but I tried my best to give a look alike.
Information
This just adds a CM Partner - Emperor Uriel Septim to the Merchants Inn which is in the Imperial City Market District.
Uriel will be essential (Of course).
