Timekeeper On-screen Clock

This is a simple on-screen clock. I only found one or two other clock mods available, and they both seemed loaded down with (to me) useless features, so I created one that's a clock and only a clock. The time will appear as an on screen message every game minute or two.
There are three versions of this mod included in the archive: Constant, 2min, and 5min. The Constant version is identical to the clock in v1.1. 2min will only display the time every 2 game minutes. 5min will only display the time every 5 game minutes. Using either the 2 minute version should fix any message suppression problems that you might be having, but just in case, the 5 minute version is available.
The clock is available by holding an hourglass in your inventory. You can find hourglasses all over Tamriel - especially in Mages Guilds. Easy!
I've supressed the clock when the user is waiting, sleeping or in combat, since 1) why would you need to know the time while waiting or sleeping and 2) it occasionally hides or delays messages, which can be important during combat.

Installation
------------
Unzip to /Oblivion/Data, then enable one of the ESP files under Data Files in the Oblivion Launcher. Descriptions of the three ESPs can be found above.
Known Bugs
----------
When you also possess the Scales of Pitiless Justice, Time Keeper will appear as an ability under it in your Current Enchatments list. If you're not carrying the Scales, they will appear (correctly) under Time Keeper. I have no idea what's causing this, but it's purely a cosmetic problem and will have no effect on gameplay.
