Adds a letter to each chapel and at the Temple of the One (look for it, it's there) that teaches a version of Divine Intervention that brings you back to that chapel. 10 different versions at 100 magicka cost at Journeyman level of Mysticism. Tested for bugs but I'm not perfect so report any you find to me. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't be able to leave anywhere you shouldn't be able to leave from now, so you can use it for quests. But save beforehand and tell me if something goes awry so I can fix it. V1.2b gets rid of incompatibilities with other mods and changes the books to letters becasue it seemed a little more realistic to me that way.
