Frodo is a new race (Hobbit), with his own unique powers, abilities, birthsign. He has the blade Sting.

New race: Hobbit. Levels up with player.

Race specialties (these are based on the fact that Frodo has no armour):
Greater Power: Song Of Bombadil -- Shield. Fire/Frost/Shock Shield. Resist Fire/Frost/Shock/Magic/Weapons. All 100 / 60 secs.
Lesser Power: Second Breakfast -- Restore Strength/Agility 2: Restore Fatigue/Health 100.
Ability: Hobbit Skin -- Resist Magic/Weapons/Paralysis 25
Ability: Hobbit Healing -- Restore Fatigue/Magicka 8, Restore Health 2 (constant)

Frodo's Birthsign:
The Burglar - Fortify Sneak/Security/Luck (10), Water Walking

Class: Shiriff.
Primaries: Agility, Luck
Specialization: Stealth
Major Skills: Blade, Block, Illusion, Alchemy, Light Armour, Restoration, Sneak
