Adds 15 new robes and 10 hoods into oblivion for players to purchase at various stores in many towns. Does not replace any existing items, and will not conflict with any loot mods.

called "Tegeals Extra Robes.esp"
Changed esp name to allow updates to add future content without affecting peoples savegames and avoiding confusion
of multiple .esp's with diffrent versions
