Changed the damage coefficients for some spells, and the special effect and functionality of others.

AUTUMN BLADE
Effect changed to a more realistic form of the game Touhou, as the element is "Metal" element. Damage formula changed accordingly.

AUTUMN EDGE
Same as above.

SUMMER FLAME
Changed into a more useful spell for close-combat, as seen on Touhou. The spell will now scatter diagonally in front of the player. Damage changed accordingly. Spell will no longer hit the player.

Meh, I don't really know how to write a Readme, so please bear with it. u.u

To begin with, this mod changes the Birthsign of The Lady into Patchouli Knowledge.

This BS changes completely the Magicka regeneration of Vanilla oblivion, so making a character with this BS to play it as a Vanilla mage will be
overpowering to say the least. (Unlimited Magicka pool, for instance.)
The Magicka regeneration will work like:
When the player cast a spell given by the mod, it will take
(6/(2*(Willpower)/100)) seconds for the magicka to start regenerating again.

After that, magicka will regenerate by 20% every
((6/(2*(Willpower)/100))/2) seconds.
Each of Patchouli's spells costs 20% of the base magicka.
This will give the player a chance of playing in the real essence of Touhou, getting some Hand-To-Hand combat
(Trust me, it works. Some spells have been made specially for close combat ^^ )

The Damage of the spells are based on the character's Intelligence and Destruction, so there is no need on buying higher levels. ^^

Aaaaaand, for those who know Patchouli, you probably had this in mind:
"Damn you Patchouli and your damn knock backs!! ¬¬"
Well, it won't change that much, if you know what I mean. ^^

-----|It's a fairly good spell for it's damage, but the lack of control can be quite bothersome sometimes. It looks cool though. xD

-|Autumn Edge

----|Sends a single shock bolt towards the target and, when it's hit, 3 additional bolts will strike the target.
-----|A good single-target spell. Has a good chance of knock back. It's damage is based on quantity over quality somehow xD
