About this mod

Permanently destroy enchanted items (non-scripted) and add them to your character at a 1 to 3 rate. Includes toggles for effects that you may not want on all the time.

Permissions and credits
Consume Enchantments allows the player, upon reaching skill level 75 in Mysticism, to permanently destroy enchanted apparel adding the magic effects to the player, permanently, at a 1 to 3 rate. Chameleon, Detect Life, Feather, Light, Night Eye and Water Walking are all toggled using powers. Negative magic effects apply as well. Items with attached scripts or scripted enchantments will be ignored and returned to the player's inventory.

Now, scrolls can also be consumed, they Restore Magicka equal to the charge of the scroll. Now your scrolls can be used as restore magicka potions in a pinch!

Changes nothing in the game, only adds scripts and spells. Compatible with ANY enchanted apparel from ANY source.

Requires OBSE 0018b6 or greater: obse.silverlock.org/

Change log
0.9:
-----
First public release.
Considered beta.
Only apparel/constant effect enchantments can be consumed at the moment. Weapon and staff enchantment consumption is under testing for balance.

0.95:
-----
Made Feather a free lesser power with duration 60 or 600, rather than always on.

Apparel/constant effect enchantments seem to work as expected, so I consider that portion to be out of beta.

0.96:
-----
Removed testing code that gave the player feather amulets when casting the Consume Enchantments spell.

Updated compatibility with previous versions: removes the constant feather effect from v0.9 and replaces it with the toggle version from v0.95+

1.00:
-----
There was a glitch with fortify/drain attribute/skill only giving one point no matter what. Fixed now.

Scrolls can now be consumed for a magicka boost (just like a restore magicka potion)

1.01:
-----
Fixed a bug where Night-Eye would not toggle off after being toggled on.
