   This is probably the best palace based in the Ayleid design, even 12 years later. If you're looking for a gorgeous place to live, somewhere elven Magic flows heavily, this is the place, you've found it.

   everytime i use the tele pad to go there it says "cannot go that way, turn back" what should i do?...sorry if i sound like a noob lol

      It seems to need a mod to to remove borders. I used Borderless Cryodiil and it works. http://www.nexusmods.com/oblivion/mods/3578/?

   Uuuuh, Help me! Whenever I activate the pad it has the little: "You can not go this way, turn back" message Is it out of the map? Please help!

      try adding a mod that removes/extends the borders of Cyrodill, i had the same issue and tried this and it worked.

   This was the greatest mod of all, Flintone/Garnet is genius.I would heartily endorse this mod hundreds of times if I was allowed to, it stays as one of my favorite mods of all time!
   
   For those below getting that message when they try to transport - you have to change the ini to allow crossing borders, the instructions are in the read me to do it.

    Has anyone been able to decipher the Daedric passage on the wall above the altar in the hidden alcove yet? I'd love to know what it says.
