- What this program does:
This small VB application allows you to simulate character generation in Oblivion.
You can check attributes and skill points assigned by the game depending on the gender,
race, birthsign, specialization and major skills you select.
It is useful for planning new characters.


- Functions:
This program executes calculations for every selection you make. For example, first you can
select your major skills and then your specialization, etc..
I have also added a "Print" button so that you can see your plan while playing Oblivion.


- Legal Notice
This little exe is tested on various machines and it OBVIOUSLY can't damage anything
on you system. However, I've had to teach myself to write that you use it only at
your own risk. OCW.exe is a completely independent software so it cannot touch any of
your files or folders (including Oblivion related ones). C'mon it's only a VB app!! smile.gif
