This mod adds a very nice home off the coast of the waterfront.

The boat is located at the very end of the left side of the beach. The key is on the right side of the market district in the place with all the crates and the statue, it is lying on the center somewhere (i apologize for its inconvenient location, i am editing it as we speak) The house is a medium sized boat home complete with gate, stone fences, a custom scripted Fountain of renewl, Plenty of storage, display cases, and has access to the bow and stern (front and Back) of the ship. If you are stuck please read the readme or send me a message. Hope you enjoy.
UPDATE-Download the UPDATED version it adds the key to a cabinet between slash and smash and the gilded carafe.
