This is my first mod, and though I feel it is done for now, it is still technically in beta because it hasn't been tested very much.
**Author's Note!**
UPDATED VERSION NOW AVAILABLE! Everything is properly Parented: The house will be empty when you enter it before purchasing the upgrades.
*The Shivering Isles portraits over the desk have been replaced*, and there will be slight but noticeable differences through the rest of the house as well.
If you've been running this mod and like it just fine, then the update is purely up to you ^_^
ENTIRELY NEW VERSION!! V0.04 Adds new resources from Stroti, Xiamara, DavidWhitefang, Valkyrie, Gizmodian, Edocsil and Trollf. The file ought to contain all the necessary meshes and textures, but if something does not work PLEASE TELL ME!

I have added a few lights, books, knick-knacks (static clutter), and the occasional bottle of alcohol about the house. There are also 3 garden trays: 2 in the kitchen and one in the upstairs bedroom.
The books I added to the second floor bookshelf are mainly skill books, and this is the only addition I've made which would enhance a player. I also added another small chest and jewelry box here, standard and safe for storing your loot.
Morning glories have been added to the railings between first and second floors.
In the bedroom I added furniture by Xiamara*, 3 jewelry boxes, and placed 8 small chests in the bottom of the bedroom's bookshelves. There are a few more paintings here as well, 2 of them from SI and 3 from Trollf.
(*The cupboards, coffer and dresser are normal containers with Xiamara's meshes, which makes them activate, but it adds a false top so I wouldn't recommend setting things on top of these)
NOTHING AT ALL has been done to the basement. (I hardly go in there myself.)
