This mod makes both mod and normal NPCs respawning after the repsawning time (standard is 3 days).

1. Mod description

This Mod is the last of my NPC-respawn-series and both the simplest
and most effective. It works with all language-versions and overhauls
of Oblivion, since it doesn't modify any NPCs, worldspaces...
As soon as you have installed the standard-version of this mod, all
NPCs in your environment will be set to respawn after 3 days (or if you changed the value after 5 days for example) and un-essential.
The script runs constantly in the background and causes the chosen
effect at all loaded NPCs, also at mod-NPCs.
To save performance the script has an refresh-rate of 5 seconds, so
it won't cost performance and the script doesn't run to slow.
Optional there are other effects possible:
1) NPCs will only respawn
2) NPcs will not respawn
3) NPcs will only be un-essential
4) NPCs will be un-essential and not respawning
WARNING:
The effect of this mod can't be undo, except you start a new game.
You should be sure when you intall this mod.

CHoose 1 of the 5 versions of "P-Froggys Automatic NPC-Respawner.esp"
and copy it to your Oblivion/Data-Folder.
When you start your game, the skript runs in the background, it won't
give you a message.
