   Absolutely amazing mod, great for those who want a simple and ready-to-go mod that slows down Oblivion's leveling at the pace they please and without having to deal with the complicated customization options of other level modifier mods. I recommend using either the x3 or x4 modifier but x3 seems to be the sweet spot.
