Adds two spells that are fun to play with: Lightning Strike and Where\'d he Go?

EDIT: I did something really stupid with the easier version (caused there to be nothing to download), but it's fixed now. Sorry about that.
This is my first upload to TESNexus, so take it easy. I'm also still developing it, so keep that in mind (although all spells work fine; just want to "dumb them down" a little bit, mainly "Where'd he Go?").
This adds two spells to the game the next time you start it: Lightning Strike and "Where'd he go?". Lightning Strike summons a storm and strikes lightning on everyone in a large radius (it's sure to kill them). Where'd he go? disintegrates whoever you hit it with and kills everyone else in a large area. Pretty simple stuff, but really fun to play with.
NOW INCLUDES ORIGINAL (overpowered) VERSION AND EASIER (less powerful) VERSION!!! Both versions (I think) include essential checks on "Where'd he go?", but the less powerful version has a much smaller area on the "Lightning Strike" spell (Original=1000, Easier=20).

You can also see my other mod, the Sword of Corruption, on the video, but that isn't included. On that YouTube channel, you can find my Resurrection mod (which isn't finished), which obviously resurrects you when you die.
