House mod with quest:
You sleep in your IC Waterfront Shack and get an unpleasant awake. But things come to be alright and there is a underground structure to explore.

The mod adds a basement and a new underground structure to your IC Waterfront shack. The whole is packed in a little quest and offers two additional miniature quests too.
I always wonderd about that sideroom on the left side of the shack because you don't have a door into it. So I did this first and after a while it got a bit bigger :)
The quest to gain the basement starts while you are sleeping in your shack. A break for about 5-6 hours should do the trick. Then follow the leads and don't get hurt...

Installing
----------



Install:




1) Download with NMM, activate and play :)



2) If you want, you can install the archive manually by extracting it into your Oblivion/Data folder or use other Mod Managers.





Delete:




Deactivate in the Nexus Mod Manager. If you want to get rid of it completely, delete it in NMM.



If installed manually delete the installed files (se in the rar-archive for names and locations).

Incompatibility:

There should be no problems, the mod is only altering a spot north the IC shack in Tamriel and a little bit in and around the shack and in another location. All other changes are seperate cells.

Bugs:

There has been reported that some NPC's come in walking towards the basement door and standing there. Don't know why - perhaps because this mod has another connection to the IC from Waterfront and attracts those wandering between IC and Waterfront. Don't know how to stop that though...



If the battlemusic won't stop after travelling into the Ayleid ruin take a tour into the IC to fix this...
