Zira's Horse Stable opened in near Skingrad.
It is possible to buy new horses.
The horses: not wander, essential, their speed is equal to the speed of the Black horse.
The New Horses: Palomino horse, Gypsy horse, Pinto horse, Appaloosa horse, Percheron horse etc.

- new bridle and saddle textures

INSTALL:

Place the folders of the mod in the corresponding
folders (texture to texture, meshes to meshes) of the your
OBLIVION/DATA folder along with the
Zira's Horse Stable.esp file, check this .esp, and play.
