Inventory

To get them you have to go to the ~ menu by pressing ~ and typing with no quotes "player.additem xx000ed3 1" and "player.additem xx000ed5 1" xx is the load order assigned by the OBMM, Oblivion Mod Manager, http://www.tesnexus.com/downloads/file.php?id=2097 which every modder should have. I did not put them in the game world because if you do not know how to use console commands you need to go back and play the game a little before you try Godifying it.

Put this early in the load order with clothing and armor mods

Bugs and Conflicts
------------------
There are no known conflicts but for some reason sometimes the rings unequip one or the other. They are designed to be able to equip together.
