Hey Leyric, I hope you don't mind - I uploaded a game map (that originally I made for my own use) that was based on your Lo-Fi map image. I made sure to give you full credits and attached your Read-Me to my mod as per your request:
Excellent map - using it instead of the Elven map now. And thanks for the source file with all the layers for different mods - makes it so much more easier to customize
I must express my opinion that this is an awesome idea. Things don't need to be fancy when simple works just as well (better in some cases), and I've always preferred practical usability over visual appeal. An idea well executed, good job!
@Anfini Combinations of maps. There are 2^n - 1 total combinations, where n is the number of mods supported. Two mods = three combinations. Three mods = seven combinations. The source file supports 44 mods, so there are more than 17.5 trillion possible combinations. Granted, some of the combinations wouldn't make sense (loading two mods but not the patch for those mods), but I did quite literally mean trillions.
Awe commonrofl, couldn't be that hard to get every mod on this site, what, might take 20 terabyte drives and a month of nothing but downloading? easy :p
thanks for the info, I was just asking cause I didn't know what would happen, all the places I go are already marked, but might be nice to have just a straight forward map with just locations, will try it
@David Brasher I'm trying to upload images but keep getting site errors for having done something wrong. Hopefully I'll get everything right and have them up before long.
@davidmg If you use the full map but don't use all the mods, then the map would show roads, cities, etc. where there are none (in your game). It'd purely be a visual problem. If you'd like me to upload a specific configuration, I'll consider it if that configuration is popular enough. I can't go uploading every potential combination, however, as there are too many (literally trillions).
I have a question and this might be a stupid question, but what happens if you dont have but say 5 of the mods in this map? will you get errors for map markers you dont have the mod for? I am not a madder so I have no idea

Are you by any chance going to make a detailed version of it? thanks!

There are not, in fact, trillions of mods on Nexus, unless you were using the word "literally" incorrectly.
