About this mod
this mod adds two player homes to tamriel: 1. a big mansion located on an island in the topal bay. 2. a huge ayleid palace located deep in the jerall mountains near the border to skyrim.

this mod adds two player homes to tamriel:
1. a big mansion with many rooms, guards and house maid, a port, a washhouse, servants' quarters, a cistern, a prison... it is located on an island in the topal bay.
2. a huge ayleid palace with even more rooms and a nice ancient bath. this is located deep in the jerall mountains near the border to skyrim.
to own the homes you have to finish a quest. during the quest you will have to spend lots of money, ~ 100.000 septims depending on your skills and plugins that change the value of magical items. there are more than 1 ways to finish the quest.
