New Ears
===========
Someone requested slightly bigger ears, and I figured, while I was at it, I would include some of ANB's ear meshes that look fox-like. The new meshes are compatible with all versions of the mod and the optional ear texture. Refer to the screenshot to see if you'd like to have any.

Kitsune are a new race of beautiful fox-eared and fox-tailed girls. They have strong magical powers.


Details
=======
These Cyrodillic foxes have gained incredible magical powers over the course of their lives. Their most notable skill is the ability to transform into a beautiful woman. Granted, this transformation is not perfect, as their foxy ears and tail still remain. Males look funny because of the face textures, but should still work. If you would like this mod to be a little more lore-friendly, I have included a download with Mr. Siika's amazing foxes. They are set as skittish creatures, but are friendly to and won't run away from the player. I'm assuming you're playing this race, which means you *are* one of them, after all. You can use the extra .esp while playing as other races, if you don't mind the foxes being friendly to you for no reason.

Install
=======
This archive is distributed in what LHammonds calls OMOD-Ready format.
It allows you to manually extract and install like most other mods but it also
allows you to use Oblivion Mod Manager and import this archive with all the
settings pre-configured for an OMOD file.
Pick which method you are going to use for installation:

Manual Install
--------------
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

OBMM Install
------------
Create the OMOD (Do this section only once)
1. Copy archive to (install folder)\Oblivion\obmm\omod\
2. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
3. Click the Create button.
4. Click the Add Archive button, find and select the archive, then click Yes.
5. Click the Create omod button, then click OK when it finishes.

Install the mod using OBMM
1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen.
(icon should turn blue)

Uninstall

Pick which method you are going to use for uninstall based on how you installed it:

1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.

OBMM Uninstall

1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.

Upgrade
=======
Kitsune Cosmetic Patch

This is a patch which adds Soya hair, Human hair, and TreetopSmoker's two-toned Ren and Human hairs. It also adds new eyes, including glowing versions of Nequam's cat eyes, Capucine's eyes (glowing and non-glowing), and Wolfess's photo-realistic eyes.

Please note, you do NOT need to download this. This just adds many choices to make a character that's perfect for you. If you don't feel like scrolling through the 60-something hair options and 70-something eye options, stick with the original .esp.

Cosmetic patch update!
========================
The cosmetic pack has been newly updated with Coolsims hair, Pr-tty Cure hair, and VanillaBean hair. I am taking the old version down. If you wish to have the new hairs, please download the new cosmetic patch in its entirety. To see which hairs have been added, refer to the newest screenshot.


Save game
=========
I have uploaded a generic save of a Kitsune character at the end of the sewers. Her hair color is as close as I could get to the tail color, although I'm sure it can be gotten even closer for those that have the time.

Copy this file into wherever your savegames are located. For example, C:\Users\username\Documents\My Games\Oblivion\Saves

The save count is very high, I apologize. I make new characters all the time. Ignore the message "This save relies on content no longer present", the save should work.

Incompatibility
===============
The Kitsune race, including cosmetic update, should be compatible with everything, including all body mods (it uses whatever you have installed for your Imperials). All meshes and textures are contained within their own folders, so cosmetic mods should not conflict.

The KitsuneWildFoxes addon, however, edits the vanilla leveled lists. If you use any mod that messes with vanilla leveled lists, (MMM, Fran's, etc.) this mod will not work.

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
The tail, as well as certain long hairs, will clip in some positions. For example, you can't see your tail when you ride a horse. This is 100% harmless, so don't worry about it.

If you have any race overhaul mods, load them AFTER this mod. I'm not sure why, but this mod interferes with the Argonian race.
