Outside Bruma and it is marked on your map.

Details
=======

The Bruma Manor mod by DanielJ97 adds a manor outside Bruma. Use the marker on your map to get there, (or just exit Bruma) then go to the door. Outside you will see a bag named "Key Bag". Open it and take the deed and key. Then you may enter. Inside you will find;

NPC's

A Clerk from the Imperial Palace.
A Guard.

Objects

A Full set of armour.
&
A book on the history of the manor!

Rooms

A Hidden passage that leads to Bruma Castle Great Hall.
A Dining room.
A Training room.
A Reception Room
A Master bedroom
A second bedroom
A storage cupboard (In second bedroom)





Install
=======
1. Un-Zip the folder using 7Zip or WinRar or something else.
2. Copy the .esp file
3. Paste in \Oblivion\Data\ (May be ProgramFiles or [UserName]
4. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file. Then press ok and start her up.

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the files/folders associated with the mod.
