Details
=======
The MayFlower Manor scouting out upon the landscapes of the Province, Located "ON" the hillside just below Aleswel Inn. its a Cheydinhal Styled Manor in a Cliffside with Lush Flora and beautifull Wiew. the staird will take you from the hillside and up to the manor. its a house to live in and store your stuff and also a place to "safely store Companions"...

Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).

Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\

Upgrade
=======


1. Before upgrading, go to Aleswell enter the inn and save.
2. Exit game, install update, and load game, then everything "SHOULD" be in place.


Incompatibility
===============



This mod does not crash with any other mods that i know.. UNLESS someone has placed another eeh "Thing" where this house is placed

Known Issues or Bugs
====================
Dunno... might be that the horse is a bit difficult to squeeze down the stairs..
You never know, somebody might know how to resolve the issue.
