Description

This mod adds the ancient Jupiter Manor for sale outside of Bruma, can you venture under its hallowed halls, fight in its arena and discover its many secrets?

Location

Just outside of Bruma's main gate, you will find Sir Abigar waiting to sell you the house.

Details
=======
This mod adds the ancient Jupiter Manor to the road outside of Bruma, once you have brought this amazing property from the last Jupiter heir, you may go inside and marvel at it, on the outside it may look like a simple manor, but underneath, you may claim a marvelous underground fortress as your own.
Inside of the fortress you may find a number of things for any class of character, a library in which you may place the most rarest of all of your books, an aquarium in which you may find a wide variety of fish, a sitting area for relaxing and studying, Altars of Enchanting and Spellmaking, storage and display area's, an alchemy garden in its own worldspace, an arena that spawns leveled daedra every three days, static alchemy equipment, an armoury and a alchemist shop, a crypt and a hidden treasure area.

The fortress also features the late Sir Jupiter, who arose to lichdom and resides in the throne room of the fortress, brooding and waiting for an unsuspecting adventurer to come along and die, the fortress also has its own squad of immortal Flame Atronach Guardians, who will patrol along a set route at all times, and all of this is fully pathgridded for all of your companions, which reminds me, there is a bed for them in the house upstairs. All containers do not respawn apart from those marked as Servant, Merchant or Sugar Bags/Barrels.

Manual Install
--------------
1. Extract this archive to any folder and then copy the contents to Oblivion's Data
folder. You can ignore or delete the "omod conversion data" folder.
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, and enable the .esp file(s).

OBMM Install
------------
Create the OMOD (Do this section only once)
1. Copy archive to (install folder)\Oblivion\obmm\omod\
2. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
3. Click the Create button.
4. Click the Add Archive button, find and select the archive, then click Yes.
5. Click the Create omod button, then click OK when it finishes.

Install the mod using OBMM
1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen.
(icon should turn blue)

Uninstall

Pick which method you are going to use for uninstall based on how you installed it:

1. Start Oblivion Mod Manager.
2. Double-click the name of the mod in the right-hand side of the OBMM screen,
click Yes. (icon should turn green)

Upgrade

Version 1.5

This should hopefully be the final version as I have extensively checked and there should be no bugs.

* Delete the current esp from your data file and all associated Jupiter Manor files.
* Remove all of your items from containers included in this mod, just in case.
* Save away from Jupiter Manor, then update to this version.

Incompatibility
===============

This mod may not be compatiable with anything that modifies the area outside of Bruma's main gate or the wilderness around Bruma.
