Adds a player owned cave next to the Imperial City Waterfront cemetery. The cave is aimed at being a hideout for a thief operating in the city, or perhaps an assassin character, your call. The door is facing towards Lake Rumare and is undetectable from the side facing the city. Unless I decide to alter it's contents later it includes a bed, desk, chest, drawers, and a couple cupboards. The chest by the way (one labeled "Storage Chest") is safe to store your things in. The only outside modification other than the doorway is a well and bench a few yards back from the cemetery.
