About this mod
The Oblivion Roleplaying Expansion is a growing project meant to make Oblivion a better roleplaying game. This is a compilation of many small mods that increase roleplaying immersion. There are and will be mods that add more npcs, add more villages or buildings, or simply add more roleplaying immersion or realism to the game.

Oblivion NPC Project (By Frost96)- A series of mods that add more NPCs to the game. This is a simple mod, so don't expect any unique dialogue or anything that special. It simply adds more NPCs to the vast (yet somewhat empty) land of Cyrodil. OblivionNPCproject_1: priests have been added in every chapel, a prisoner has been added to the bruma and chorrol dungeons (may be glitched), a resident has been added to silverhome on the water (may always be sleeping; sorry I've just started working with AI), two argonians have been added to the "secret" room in Leyawin Castle, and a traveler has been added to the Brina Cross Inn (he travels throughout Cyrodil, but you can see him there if you head over there when you first activate this mod). The second NPC pack for the Oblivion NPC project includes all of the characters from the imperial city bethesda never added to the game, and two "pickpockets" to the imperial city. The pickpockets in this pack aren't to special and simply remain in sneak form unless approached. They are mainly for adding a "large city" atmosphere. NEW! NPC pack 3, The Elder Council. As you can guess, it adds the elder council to the game. All of the seats in the Elder Council are now filled with representatives from the different provinces and elsewhere.
RealisticPopulations (by Frost96-Danex199)-A spin off of the Oblivion NPC project. The purpose of these files is to add more realistic populations to cities in Cyrodiil. So, many new NPCs will be added to each city after all of them are done. So far, we have completed Cheydinhal(20 new NPCs), Anvil(20 new NPCs), Bravil(16 new NPCs), Chorrol(18 new NPCs), and Leyawin(20 new NPCs).(We plan on editing them some more after they are done to give each new npc a schedule)
Undercover Overhaul (by ranokoa)-an excellent mod that makes it so whenever you wear the uniform of a faction (i.e. guards, mages guild, fighters guild, mythic dawn, etc.) you go "undercover" making you a member of the faction for as long as you wear their uniform. (Fighters guild is steel cuirass) All credit goes to ranokoa, and a special thanks to him for letting me use it!
ORE_Landmarks (by Danex199)- more landmarks have been added to the somewhat empty lands of Cyrodil; ORE_Landmarks_1: ARVEL PLANTATION: makes wine; located south of Cheydihal, LOROLIEN: village north of the Imperial City, A CRASHED SKELETON SHIP: between Bravil and the Imperial City, on the coast.
MoreMiniquests(by Frost96)-Another project I'm working on to add more miniquests (non quest log quests) to the game. MoreMiniquests01: Adds a miniquest about vampires that kill Jirolin Doran. Find two notes in his house that will help you figure out the location of the vampires that killed him. 3 new enchanted items have been added to the Fort involved.
Wayshrines Redesigned(by Danex199)-Redesigns every wayshrine in oblivion differently (yes every wayshrine is different). The design of each wayshrine fits each god for their sphere. Two wayshrines have pilgrims at them.
