I recommend that, its saiyan mod, use that with my power mod, u have on that mod super saiyan, it will come soon super saiyan 2, me and him are working together so there will be also super saiyan 3, and 4, and great ape at least we hope so

Piccolo uses this by charging up a lot of energy in his hands, then unleashing it
Energy Absorption
A couple of Dr. Gero's androids have the ability to absorb energy with their hands. Android #19 used it to suck away Yamcha's energy, and Dr. Gero used it to absorb a large blast shot by Vegeta.
Spirit Ball
This attack was first used by Yamcha against Shen at the 23rd Tenkaichi Budoukai. It resembles Goku's Spirit Bomb, but does not feed of the life of the planet. Yamcha gathers the energy for the attack in a ball, in one hand, and grips his wrist with the other. The attack is then hurled like a ball at the opponent, and can be made to home in on the opponent.
Super Saiyan 2 Electric Powering:
THIS IS NOT SUPER SAIYAN FORM
This is super saiyan powering if u saw in dbz movies goku when super saiyan 2 he has like electricity around him so this will just be electric around u and u will gain some powers while it last.
Sensu Beams:
If u ever watched Dragon Ball u know what is this fore.
Korin gave those to goku so when u eat one it heals u and your energy is completely restored.

In this mod i will attempt to create, and add a powers from dragonball and dragon ball Z series of carton to the world of oblivion.
Still its a lot of work ahead.

This mod is still in BETA and it needs a lot of work to be done here.
I Hope i will release first version with few powers.
Install
=======
1. Copy the .esp file to (install folder)\Oblivion\Data\
2. Start Oblivion Launcher, click 'Data Files', place a checkmark beside the .esp file(s).
Uninstall
=========
1. Start Oblivion Launcher, click Data Files, uncheck the .esp file(s).
2. Delete the .esp file from \Oblivion\Data\
