This replaces you're skystars with a picture from hubble, of stars and galaxies.
Does not effect skystars01 or 02.
Installation:

Do something with you're skystars .dds file, if you wish to keep it.
C:\Program Files\Bethesda Softworks\Oblivion\Data\Textures\Sky.
Extract the contents of this folder to your Oblivion/Data folder.
If prompted, allow files to overwrite.
