I'm having the same problems as everyone ele. Lamia is just not in the Aleswell Inn. I've been downloading and installing hundreds of mods over the last 3 years so I know what I'm doing. Is is possible you left something out. It's just too many people having the same problem. No mods have been installed that change Aleswell. Sure would like to have this character. Thanks
ok installed correctly, even tried using the esp just in case but still can't find her at the inn. maybe you should move her to a new location and reupload her. my suggestion, put her in the bruma inn because no one has made a companion in that location yet. (its just a suggestion)
Same problem as willeyb. I don't have any mod modifying anything at aleswell, I changed the .esp file for the new .esm, checked the load order and still can't find her. Any idea of what I could be doing wrong??

willeyb: do you have the Demon Hunter race? did you chance the demonhunter.esp to demonhunter.esm which i included in mod? do you have mods, that chance the Aleswell Inn interior? Do you have the CM partner mod?
