A rat (or mouse)-like beast race. Four colourisations. Each colouring has its own specification within the basic Nezumi style. Original idea based of Nezumi by Quinntan, though this was personalised to the point of the idea being all that remains.

Permissions and credits

When using showrace menu you must hit 'reset face' otherwise the head will be khajiit shaped!

DESCRIPTION
----------------------------------
WHY:
I like the look of the Nezumi that Quinntan made but the head was rather oddly shaped (though admittedly as rat-like as one could get with Oblivion's

limited mesh options) and the teeth were a little... awkward, often erupting through the chin. Some of the textures were a little iffy and had to be

rebuilt though for the most part they were not beyond saving with modification. Also I saw he had comments from people wanting alternative colourings,

so I made an extra three. The original is brown/grey (depending on Oblivion's weird colouring effects) so I added dark, ablino, and 'fancy' (white with

cream/brown stripes).

WHAT:
"Nezumi" is a Japanese word literally meaning rodent (specifically both 'rat' and 'mouse'). This is a rat-like beastrace. Well, originally it was rat-

like, but since I referenced off my pet mice too they have some mouselike things about them.Originally the tail had a very realistic texture but in

medium quality it just looked... wrong. So I added the bands put much paler and more subtle than Quinntan's original Nezumi's.

(ALL START WITH:) The Nezumi are a ratlike race, which lives deep under the earth....
...(COMMON COLOURING:) The common version is a balance of sneak and social.
...(DARK COLOURING:) The darker colouration is stealthy but... distastful.
...(ALBINO COLOURING:) The ablino version is more social. Unfortunately, it is vulnerable to disease.
...(FANCY COLOURING:) The 'fancy' colouration focuses more on magical alternatives to traditional Nezumi styles.

Note that while some abilities are constant to all, most are only available to one or two according to their type.

-> Khajiit Night eye - ALL
-> Sniff (detect life for 1 second, akin to smelling out enemies) - ALL
-> Flee (fortify speed and athletics, drain attacks) - ALL
-> Cute Charm (charm 50pt on touch, uses magicka) - NORMAL, ALBINO, FANCY
-> Flicker (invisibility for 15sec) - DARK, FANCY
-> Hide (Chameleon 50pt greater power) - DARK, NORMAL
-> Haggle (great power fortify mercantile) - ALBINO
-> Mild nature (ability, fortify personality) - ALBINO
-> Albino Effect (weakness to disease) - ALBINO (think of it as trade-off for personality and haggle)
-> Dark Coat (ability, fortify sneak) - DARK
-> High Breding (magicka multiplier - adds 50%) - FANCY

INSTALLATION

Well, obviously you already have the zip file opened. Just extract everthing to your default folder for the game (eg C:/Program Files/Bethesda

Softworks/Oblivion) - everything should go in the right place.
