This is version 0.1 from Oblivion save file API and save file viewer. API is still under heavy work and unstable - but it should read save files without errors. It will show records and information that has been reported to UESP Wiki (http://www.uesp.net/wiki/Tes4Mod:Save_File_Format). In other words - nothing really usefull yet. Currently it also can't save to file.
Viewer is simple save file viewer that is meant to help decoding work and testing save file API. It will never become general public application - so it's user interface is "ugly".
