Lord of Nightfall a CM Partner
I like this guy, so I give him to you.
Requires CM Partners Mod Basic, obviously, as do all the CM companions.

Lord can be found at the inn of ill omen. His buddy Little Devil is there, too, keeping him company.
Note on batty, taking Lord to other realms (oblivion, shivering isles, etc.) will break little devil, so Lord w devil is a Cyrodiil only companion.
Lord has a non-bat follower clone, hanging out in the testing hall if you want to take Lord to worlds other than cyrodiil. Sorry, can't do anything about that. You can always deactivate/reactivate the mod to get batty following again if you don't heed my warning.
batty fast travels no problem. regular play in cyrodiil is fine.

robe and hood by The Bloke
Bat from UL
Gloves from Blackshard.

Lord's robes are locked, mostly to get past the fact that he was originally set up w a custom skin; I reassigned it to robert malebody 4 skin, so if you HAVE to override his robe with something that shows skin, you'll need robert or you'll get purple skin. Sorry best I could do but it's not an issue b/c I locked his robe. Just to avoid any confusion. Robe means no body means no skin means no problem.

by request a wearable hood, plus wearable robe and gloves since they're already there. Stuff is set up as clothing, but the robe has an aegis enchant so it'll provide some protection. I mean it's a robe, come on. Hood has mage enchant which, idk does something to help out mages. It adds new stuffs, so a clean save is recommended. No reason not to. Deactivate, save, reactivate.
Dark Lord has a set he wants to share with you, so does his clone in the test hall (coc testinghall) so you get two sets of clothes.
